I recently completed a charity walk for the Alzheimer's Society between Brocolitia Fort (Carrawburgh) to Lanercost Priory in 10 hours. I have seen numerous charities saying this should take at least 12 hours, some saying it can take up to 15 hours! I am keen to know if I completed the walk in good time. Has anyone else done this walk in 1 day and if they have can they let me know how long it took them. If you are thinking of doing this next year it is a tough trek to do in one day.

Hello and welcome to the Hadrian's Wall Forum. Here you can find and share all sorts of information and experiences about Hadrian's Wall. There aren't any real house rules at all. However, so that everyone of all ages enjoys their experience here then please do not post anything that may be deemed inappropriate or unacceptable. Posts can and will be removed if necessary, and so too the offending contributor. Also, please put your posts on the most appropriate message board. If something seems to be in the wrong place it may well get moved to a better location. Finally, thanks for coming along and enjoy!
